Field Sales Representative – Hydraulic Hose & Fluid Power
Location: M1 corridor (ideally based between Leicester and Sheffield)

We’re looking for a proactive, customer-first Sales Representative to develop business along the M1 corridor. If you enjoy getting out on site, solving practical problems and building long-term relationships, you’ll feel right at home here.
How you’ll make an impact
Grow and look after an established customer base across Leicester, Derby, Nottingham and up to Sheffield.
Prospect for new business and turn leads into long-term customers.
Visit customer sites to understand their operations and recommend the right hose, fittings and fluid solutions.
Collaborate with branch teams and mobile hose technicians to deliver fast, reliable service.
Represent Hydroscand with energy and professionalism, helping customers keep their equipment running.
Build on our growing portfolio of hose solutions.
What we’re looking for
You don’t need to tick every box—if you’ve got the right attitude, we can teach the technical side.
Essential
A proactive, confident salesperson who enjoys meeting customers and growing accounts.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
A self-starter who can manage their time, pipeline and territory.
Desirable
Experience in hydraulics, hose and fittings, couplings or a similar technical sales environment.
Exposure to any of the following sectors would be an advantage:
Plant & machinery maintenance
Agricultural equipment
Mechanical engineering
Industrial supply or MRO environments
Understanding of hydraulic hoses, fittings or fluid power.
